At Workcapital, S.A., we are once again taking a step forward in the fight against child mortality by becoming a Silver Sponsor of the Alliance for Child Vaccination. This initiative, led by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, and the “la Caixa” Foundation, in collaboration with ISGlobal, is making a real difference in the lives of the most vulnerable.
Our donation will go toward the distribution of vaccines in Mozambique and Ethiopia, countries that face serious challenges in accessing medical care and where pneumonia is one of the leading causes of child mortality. Through this initiative, we are helping to vaccinate more than 1,200,000 children under the age of 5 in the world’s poorest countries, which fills us with joy and motivates us to continue supporting this noble project.
Furthermore, the fact that our donations are quadrupled thanks to the commitment of the “la Caixa” Foundation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation demonstrates the positive impact we can achieve when we join forces for a common cause.
