BME's Pre-Market Program Reaches 25 Companies After Adding Workcapital

The Pre-Market Environment (EpM), the acceleration program run by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME), is expanding with the addition on Wednesday of Vanadi Coffee and Workcapital, both based in the Valencian Community, bringing the total number of companies in the program to 25.

According to a statement from BME, Vanadi Coffee, founded in 2021 in Alicante, is a coffee shop chain created with the goal of reaching every corner of the region and offering a high-value-added experience centered on coffee consumption. It currently operates four coffee shops in the city of Alicante and has plans to open 30 more locations throughout the province.

For its part, since its founding in 2015, Workcapital has been an alternative financing company focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), specializing in the discounting of promissory notes and invoice advances.

During this period, it has provided financial support to more than 2,000 clients, consolidating rapid growth that earned it recognition by the *Financial Times* FT1000 as the Spanish financial firm with the highest annual growth rate in Europe.

BME Pre-Market Environment: investment market.

Last year, ten companies joined the Pre-Market Environment, and three companies from this project made the leap to BME Growth in 2022: the energy firms Enerside Energy and Energy Solartech, and the technology firm Substrate AI.

The call for new companies and investors to join the acceleration program remains open and is ongoing.

It is a training and networking program designed to help expanding SMEs understand how capital markets work and gain access to private and institutional investors.

It consists of two segments: the initial segment for startups and the “growth” segment for companies with a longer track record.
