2. Constitution of the Workcapital I Fund, FT
The most recent milestone in our history is the constitution of the Workcapital I Fund, FT, with a line of credit granted for a nominal amount of 10.000.000 euros expandable to 15.000.000 euros, which represents a significant step forward in our commitment to supporting the growth and development of SMEs. The underlying asset is a well-diversified, working loan portfolio, comprised of invoices and promissory notes, to provide working capital financing solutions. The securitization fund has achieved financing from a prestigious international investment fund, which will increase the amount of resources available to Workcapital as it continues to increase its portfolio and achieves the business plan.
